operates under a strict non-recording architecture. Video calls and audio streams between webcam participants
are transmitted via encrypted peer-to-peer WebRTC channels and are never recorded, archived, or inspected.
1. Information We Collect
When interacting with the Coomeet web portal or mobile applications, we may collect minimal technical
identifiers required to maintain smooth connection quality:
- Connection Telemetry: Network packet round-trip time, IP address (for geographical relay
matchmaking and server load balancing), and browser user-agent tokens.
- Account Identifiers: Email address and username if you voluntarily register for VIP minutes
or subscription features.
- Transactional Records: Payment gateway tokens processed via PCI-DSS Level 1 third-party
processors. Coomeet does not store full credit card numbers on local infrastructure.
2. How We Use Collected Information
Your data is processed strictly for the execution of online communication services, including:
- Pairing you with available webcam partners across international edge relays in sub-300ms intervals.
- Executing real-time automated linguistic translation across 40+ supported languages.

3. Data Retention and Zero-Log Principles
Ephemeral session tokens are wiped upon closing your browser window. Account holders may request instantaneous
