By entering or using Coomeet, you affirmatively attest under penalty of perjury that you
are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). Individuals under 18 are
strictly prohibited from accessing, viewing, or broadcasting on this platform.
1. Scope of Service
Coomeet provides live random video chat, interactive webcam communications, virtual gifts, and text
auto-translation services. Access to standard matching requires camera permissions and network connectivity.
Premium plans offer prioritized queuing, expanded country filters, and unlimited minute pools.
2. User Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Violations
Users must adhere to universal standards of decency and respect. Coomeet enforces permanent hardware and
account blacklists for:
- Broadcasting non-consensual acts, violent imagery, or unlawful content.
- Harassing, threatening, stalking, or extorting other participants.
- Deploying bot scripts, video playback emulators, or pre-recorded false streams.
- Soliciting external commercial transactions or unauthorized financial solicitations.
3. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations
Paid video chat packages and recurring monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel recurring
payments at any time through Account Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription. Cancellations take effect at the
conclusion of the active billing cycle with no retroactive penalties.
4. Limitation of Liability
Coomeet provides communication pathways on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While our AI systems filter
inappropriate content round-the-clock, Coomeet cannot guarantee the spontaneous behavior of individual
third-party users and disclaims liability for damages arising from peer interactions.
